Connected with BCB for nearly ten years Philip is a passionate supporter of Community Radio (and still can't quite get used to calling it "Access" Radio!). Bradford born and bred Civil Servant Philip is a family man with four children. He currently presents a monthly Jazz programme ("Tell Me When The Tune Starts") and "The Press Box". Has presented speech-based and classical music programmes in the past.
