Global Meltdown

Katherine Canoville re-located to Bradford some eleven years ago, having spent many years in London. She was the co-founder and Managing Director of Nation Records and QFM Publishing, sole trader of QFM Promotions. Katherine also co-ordinated the Notting Hill Carnival for four years.

A staff member of BCB Radio, Katherine did a six month stint with BBC Radio Leeds in 2010.

And as one of the main Bradford Mela Programmers Katherine has launched SolaMatik, MelaMatik and LunaMatik - working with the seasonal cycles!

More recently, Katherine and colleagues Mick Dundee and Don Bones launched Trance-Global Underground at the Balanga Bar in Kirkgate, Bradford. Held the last weekend of every month and presenting a myriad of genres.
