Too Much Too Young for Wednesday 14/4/10

Peggy Sue

This Week’s Too Much Too Young is packed full of great music. We started with Yo Mama by Peggy Sue, who have just released their debut album and are sounding sweet. Before playing new and classic tracks from the likes of She and Him, Flight of the Conchords, The Anniversary and Two Door Cinema Club.

She and Him

No Singing the News or Backrow Banter this week 🙁 but they will return next week :). Oh, and remember Record Store Day is this week!

Stay tuned every Wednesday at 6.30pm or Thursday at 1.00pm.

Indeed it is Record Store Day on Saturday, and before TMTY show this week BCB will be speaking to Jumbo Records in the Drive show at 5:30pm. Then at 8pm I’m devoting the whole hour of my show to tunes that are being released on Record Store Day.

Peggy Sue supported Joan As Police Woman on parts of her titled-with-tongue-in-cheek Interpretation Domination tour last year and they were ruddy marvellous. Terrible name for a band, mind you.
