When Big Joan Sets Up 08/7 – Lou Reed is a Pillock.Official!

Proof of this rather contentious statement can be found on the reverse of his 1989 LP “New York” which bears the following (probabaly misquoted) text. “This LP should be listened to as a whole as you would a play or a film”. Berk.

Just listening to Ian McCullough being interview on Radcliffe & Maconie (http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/console/b00tzn56/The_Radcliffe_and_Maconie_Show_05_10_2010) and thought of you. He just told the tale of when he went out for a meal with Lou Reed and Reed asked him he prefers red or white wine. Mac replied that he prefered red to which Reed said, “well we’re having white.” Mac ended up having to pay for it despite not having drunk it.

    What a bell end.
