I Went To The Crossroads

David Clapham

I Went To The Crossroads - known technically as the Roots programme at 10pm on Sunday nights Crossroads has a strict playlist policy. It has to be good*. Other than that it's in. Blues, cajun, soul, salsa, americana, latin music generally, a bit of folk, some rock, most things from New Orleans, tiny bits of jazz  (no, the other sort), a soupcon of country and western if not too flamboyant, modern stuff, African and occasionally musica from countries further afield. * Sometimes though, I'll play a record if it has a really funny title - I've probably known Old Ronnie too long.

23:00 -
