Planning meeting
The Black History Month meeting held on Zoom on Monday 14th September to plan BCB Black History Month schedule was a huge success. It was well attended with 14 people from diverse cultural backgrounds and a good spread from the family of BCB.
The meeting was very relaxed yet extremely productive. The ideas and programmes proposed included interviewing local Black Businesses, Radio Venus, creating a Black History month jingle, producing music & discussion programmes plus presenters daily radio shoutout to acknowledge Black History Month ‘Heroes & Sheroes‘ and much more.
We have to say thanks to all contributors in the meeting to and a special big smile of thanks to Tina Rowe for her multi tasking 4 mile road walk exercise and still finding time to speak and give input during the zoom meeting whilst on her journey, now that’s commitment 😄👏🏼
