Back to Presenters

Alex Lacey

Alex is a Yorkshire lad through and through. He’s always had a passion for radio, ever since the days he used to fall asleep listening to Classic FM. This ambition led him to do a three year degree course in radio production at Staffordshire University, where he gained a 2:1. Back in Bradford Alex returned to BCB and has been here ever since.

When he’s not presenting on the radio you’ll find him at a gig, or out and about on his bike with his local cycling club the Bronte Wheelers.

Alex presents on The Guide, BCB’s local events listings programme on Thursdays and Fridays 1-1:30pm, plus co-presenting Friday’s Electric Breakfast show, along with traffic, travel, weather and What’s On.
