Phil Cope

WBJSU (as no-one calls it) is an hour of new music on Friday nights. The only music criteria for the programme is that it’s new, interesting and probably won’t be heard elsewhere.

The programme deliberately defies categorisation, which is why this piece is so dull. Phil is also the current World Welterweight champion, fifth in line to the Singer sewing machine fortune, and a terrible liar. His ambitions are to have some.

Programmes

  • When Big Joan Sets Up Fridays 10-11pm
  • WIN Friday every fortnight 11pm- 2am
