Martin Powell

Martin subjects the airwaves of Bradford and virtual beyonds to what he thinks is some pretty terrific bebop, post bebop, contemporary and modern jazz.

He concentrates on UK and continental jazz, with a strong presence for UK jazz from the mid-1960s/70s. He also supports local jazz by playing the music of local bands and promoting it, with his colleagues, at JATPjazz at Glyde House, BD5 OBQ. So, join him and you’ll be most welcome.
